Photograph the receipt. Tap who had what. Billy works out who owes whom, so nobody has to do maths in the group chat.
Coming to the App Store and Google Play. One email, when it lands. Nothing else.
Marta paid. Two payments settle it, and the odd cent goes somewhere on purpose.
Somebody had the steak and half the wine. Somebody had a salad and tap water. Splitting evenly means one of them is quietly paying for the other, and everyone at the table knows it — which is why the group chat fills up with arithmetic nobody volunteered for.
Billy does the arithmetic. You just say who had what.
Splitting by hand is free and stays free — as many receipts, as many people, as often as you like.
Reading a receipt is the part that costs real money to run, so scans come in packs: ten for €1.99. Buy them once and use them whenever. They don't expire, and there is nothing to cancel.
Your splits live on your phone and nowhere else. There is nothing to log in to, and no way for anyone — including us — to read them.
The one thing that ever leaves is the receipt photo itself, at the moment you choose to scan one. It goes to Anthropic's Claude to be read, and it is not kept afterwards. The privacy policy says all of this in more detail, and in plainer terms than most.
